Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm interested in upgrading my engine mounts but reckoning the solids are a step too far for the road. What about the GT3RS or Wevo mounts, worthwhile? Anyone got any practical experience on the subject? Thanks

POST 2Original post

I had the RS ones on my previous C2 - definately worthwhile esp with a short shifter and sports suspension car feels more solid, no extra noise or vibration in the cabin either - i'm kind of black and white about stuff like this so went for the most extreme variant and wasnt disappointed.

POST 3Original post

that would work, solid would cause a few problems on the road

Thanks for the replies guys...I finally decided on the RS Motor Mounts, great upgrade, much more feel for corners. No sloppy weight transfer now, only forfeit is very slightly more vibration at idle. I actually bought all the parts from my very friendly OPC who gave me a special price and were cheaper than anywhere else. PM me if you want to be put in touch with them.
