Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

i never though i would say a tire is good looking but damn. the funny thing is i never really hear about nitto tires so im not sure if there any good. but i think i might pick up a pair next time im looking for wheels (or when i get different rims) since they seem to be really well made and the look good..... until you do a couple of burn outs and drifts anyway just posting this up to see what you guys have to say about the tire or nitto in genelral. another strange thing is why aren't they sold in tirerack or discount tires....

POST 2Original post

I had some on my Boxster I bought at discount because I needed them sooner and thats all they had in stock- put 15k on them and they were fine

POST 3Original post

My 964 had them on it when I bought it. One of the rear tires got a bubble on the inside and blew out with 70% of tread left. Luckly I was driving in my neighborhood at 25 mph or so. They were nice riding tires but did not trust buying new ones after this. I know, it happens to other brands also, just my experience.

POST 4Original post

I had a set of 555's on my C5 that I tracked a couple of time at Willow Springs. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they held up and would definitely get a set for my 996 if they only made them in the widebody sizes.
