Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

probably for holding the owner's manual- at least that is what it is for on my brother's 996.
Yep owners manual is what I was told since those cars didn't have glove boxes.
I have been told it's also a good place to stash your H&K P7, Sig, Glock, etc. (ie. semi autoloading pistol -- a revolver would be too thick)... Just FYI. Best, - Mark
k-man s is correct. my audi a4 also has a similar "shelf".
I tried putting the Owners Manual in there....but it does not fit? Interesting... Thanks for the help..
