Besides the FVD Brombacher, has anyone put a custom center muffler on their 987.1 S? Been searching the forums but haven’t seen anything. I’ve been thinking about buying one of these mufflers and having a shop do a custom exhaust.

That's likely to cause a lot of drone, if not just as bad as when straight piped. I'm all for building your own exhaust for cheaper, I did. But model what you make off of what is currently on the market. There's a reason there are no single center muffler exhaust options for these cars.
what did you build yours with?
I just did a basic muffler delete after the first cats, into the factory cross over pipe and to an aftermarket tip. Total cost was like $90, and $60 of that was just for the tip. But the drone is terrible with the roof up, so I'll be adding some resonators before the spring.
