Has any one else had experience with this, would not expect rust like this on a (996) 2005 car. Just in front of the drivers side sill cover. Also spots are forming below hinge area. Went to OPC yesterday to see if I can make a claim. [/img]

Hi Graham I am expecting the same, just crazy that a car like this should rust. Mine is a 05 model - so hope it helps! :roll: I have had a quote of £150.00 to repair, so not to bad.
Body Warranty is ten years, how they say it is out of the paint warranty?
