Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Took the 08 DE1 in for an oil change at a local Indy shop today. While there, the owner discovered an oil/coolant leak that he thinks is the result of the oil separator/water pump. I have attached pictures that he sent me to see what you guys think. I told him to hold off on those issues for now and just complete the oil change. The car has 28k miles on it right now. Let me know what you guys think.

Oh I wanted to add that I checked the spot where it is always parked and there is no evidence of any leaks whatsoever therefore if must be fairly recent.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
