Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

There's an '06 C2 cab in TX with 58K miles for $35K. Seems like a good deal. Most the 2006 cabs I've seen are $45K or more. The only options listed in the ad is 6-speed, heated seats, and PSM. Seems pretty basic. There also appears to be navigation. There's a button next to the screen which says "MAP" but the listing doesn't show navigation as an option. Maybe they forgot. I also see a PASM button on the center stack. Autocheck shows two owners. The first being a lease for two years. During the lease autocheck also shows a minor accident. It happened with less than 20K miles. The next year, the car was sold and made available at a dealer as a CPO. Since Porsche offered it as a CPO, the accident must not have affected the car much. The next owner drove the car for nearly 40K miles. I'm asking for the option code sticker to see what else the car may come with. It appears this is a good deal. I haven't found another '06 cab for less than $45K. Or am I just not looking in the right places?

Unfortunately, while working with the dealer through email over the last two days to get me an out the door price, they sold the car to someone who just walked into the showroom yesterday. All I needed was a number, so I could send them a check. But I suppose it's easier for them to sell to someone in person. Guess, I'll hold off on looking at more cars until I can do it in person.
