Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I assume that the porsche sport exhaust tip will fit both the Cayman as well as the CS, can anyone confirm that it will fit on my base Cayman? Also, does anyone know the best place to purchase the sport tip? My dealer is asking $450, and I know that I have seen it cheaper elsewhere..... Thanks all.....

POST 2Original post

It was said here once that they are the same, if I get time I'll try to find that post. Have you looked at sponsor Booth Design's tips to see if you like anything there?

i have to agree, i been shopping around for just a sport tip replica. paying $250 to $400 for just a Tip is too much. i have seen several place showed me pic of replica for $50, that seems to be the direction i am heading towards.

I am open to any manufacturer... I really liked the billy boat tip, but it is only sold with the entire exhaust which I don't think makes sense for my base car. If you have any links for other manufacturers, I will definitely look.

Cool stuff... Do you know which number would fit the Cayman and if these are bolt on? I could always email Boothe if I need to....

Considering you have a Black croc, ask Ralph to Black Nickel it for you...it looks awesome against the black and you don't have to worry about polishing it all the time or keeping it from turning brown. Here is a pick of a stock CS tip and Ralph's Black Nickel tips:
