Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi guys, expect to be changing to a sports exhaust on my turbo in the near future and making preparation for the DIY swap. Are there any guides to doing this? The unit looks straightforward and I was able to do my previous Carrera's sports exhaust relatively simply. Are there any pitfalls to beware of and any sensible measures to take in advance? I imagine a new set of bolts and nuts would be adviseable and removal of existing ones is bound to be painful. Anyone done this? Any idea of which bolts/nuts/washers are needed so I can have them in advance? Basically just trying to gather as much info and experience on the job upfront. All shared expertience gratefully received!
