Hi, I have an issue with my 987.2 cayman (AGAIN!). I rarely use this car but it seems every time I do there's a new fault. This time, after about 2 weeks of not being driven and left out in the cold, I took the car out for a little run to find the two side LCDs that display mileage and clock/outside temp are blank while the center display (digital speedo) still works fine. The left and right displays are being backlit but that is all.. I have found loads of threads detailing this problem but have yet to come across a fix, money's a bit tight at the moment (recently had 60k major service, new disks and pads all round, new gearbox mount, new battery and new window regulator so the car maintenance fund was depleted!) so I was really hoping somebody could advise on a solution for this if possible? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
