Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just wondering if anyone has any financing recommendations... I'm looking to lease an '03 coupe for 36-39 mos., so I would need to secure about $60-65K before trying to find a good deal out there. Does anyone have any recommendations on any good lenders, i.e., reliable lenders with consistently low rates on 911s? Any on-line cites like Lending Tree anyone has had success with? Thanks in advance.

If you are talking about a used '03 couple, I'm not sure about good leasing deals direct with lenders, but you really ought to look closely about taking over someone's lease - there are some great deals out there, especially if someone is offering an incentive as they often do. Look at swapalease.com, leasetrader.com, and similar sites.

Pjl since your in the O.C., then try to get into Octfcu. I was also going to lease, but i got 4.9% for 6 yrs. financing.

If you're a member of a credit union and have decent credit I would highly recommend checking them out. I don't know anything about leases and if that would be any different here but I got below 3% on a used car loan (purchase) for mine. I've tried getting other loans with lendingtree and eloan but never got any particularly great offers from them. Keith

I would not rule out a new car versus an 03 if you are going to lease. Since the residual value on a brand new car will be higher than an 03 the lease numbers may surprise you.
