Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I think those are not allen heads. IIRC they are torx. So maybe they aren't striped.
yea i know, 5 mm allen, however when i turn one it doesnt spin, and the top one fell out. I have called everywhere and I still cant find any help.
So not sure if it's the same as my PCM 3.0 unit, but yeah, the locks are easy to damage. All the locks do is push down on the metal tabs holding in the radio. You should just be able to push in the metal tab with a screwdriver or something, though, and remove it. Having three hands helps, one to hold down the tab and two to wiggle out the unit.
For the lock that came out, with a little fiddling you can get it back in. It doesn't take much effort to turn the locks, but it's tough to do by feel.
