Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

It's a bit tricky to tell from your picture exactly where in the car that is... Is it part (2) in this diagram? https://www.dropbox.com/s/b1d1jnsdcfzbtfx/threaded_plat.jpeg?raw=1 If so, that's part number 996 552 805 00
It's the air vent in the rear quarter panel
I'm guessing No 17 maybe ???? Part number 99650460701 If so, £2.35 each plus VAT from Dealer https://deroure.com/diagrams.asp?MAK=3&MDL=28&TBL=3312&SMA=&SMO=0&ST=&SC=0
