Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

You will have to ask your insurer if it matters or not. I have asked mine and they don't care, as long as they are the right size and speed rating.
I asked mine too (Aviva) and they said the same - OK if the same size and speed rating. Has anyone ever had an insurance company insist on N-rated tyres? I would be gobsmacked if they had.
I agree You hear stories & I am sure that is all they are, just stories about engineers kicking out a claim based on non N-rated tyres fitted. However, asking your insurance company wouldn't go amiss as you will have full peace of mind that you are covered.
