Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

When I moved my car today I noticed several drops of an almost "luminous" green, slightly oily fluid on the garage floor. It appears to have come from forward of the engine/transmission Any suggestion as to what this might be? I don't think that it is coolant - it didn't pass the taste test! :?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks, I am leaning in that direction.

POST 4Original post

luminous green is a/c dye .. probably o/s/r just in front of the wheel . dark green is pentosin which is the power steering fluid . If you have the old green antifreeze then that's green but often it just looks like water when on the ground so i doubt its that . Post here about a/c .. http://911uk.com/viewtopic.php?t=132496 Scroll down to the pipes picture and the big black / red arrow for the location .

Thanks deMort. OPC installed a new metal, front to rear AC pipe a few weeks ago, so it could be a leaking union. Don.
