Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Has any one got a manual preferably in pdf of the targa roof construction? I have a problem with water draining into the car, it's getting annoying as I have been chasing the leak for days now with a hose pipe. I found the drain pipes (2 each side), one had fallen off inside the car I thought that may have been the problem but no there is a second leak! And the gullies either side of the hatch seem to be doing their job. But there is also a hidden gully which appears to be leaking and I think this runs the length of the roof as I say very annoying would be good to see a couple of pictures of the construction. Help!

POST 2Original post

I luckily don't have this problem at the mo but would be interested if anyone has any diagrams as the roof is a complex bit of kit!

POST 6Original post

COuld you send me a copy too please! I've got a slight drip - may now be cured but it would be good to know how it should look.

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I think I now have got to the bottom of the problem; it appears to be the roof module. edit from this point At first I thought the seals around the roof unit were not fitted but there just hard to see. Really I think the seals need replacing this would mean the roof unit needs to come out, a four man job. I am a little confused about the amount of water that is flooding in via the centre drain pipes situated in the middle of the roof. Firstly I am not sure why they are there when there are drains holes front and back, secondly I can't quite figure out the path the water is taking. It appears that there must be a hidden gulley under the rubber section that divides the roof glass and the hatch glass. Any insight would be very welcome.
