my tickets in California: 1)Dec. (red light, Police car in city, my Black BMW, Newport beach court) ____________________ 2)Jan. (speeding, HWY patrol, My M3, i was speeding for only 5 second, going at 65, then downshift to 3 for 5 seconds, reach 75 MPH and then upshift to 4, he saw my yellow car accelerating so fast & decided to pull me over, wrote me for speeding, front plate, tint, Santa Ana court) I have managed with help of my lawyer (my best friend) to extend those tickets to July 7th & 15th. This is the 2nd time by the way that the ext was done. last month we were supposed to show up & that is when the cops were sepinad to show up, but my friend, got another ext 3 days before i was supposed to show up. My question is, if they show up the 2nd time, means the court has to reschedule them again, and i show up with an Attorney, would i have an advantage over if i show up alone by myself. Anything i should bring up to help me not lose. The speeding is not fair, at 3:30 pm everyday, almost everyone is going 80mph, i have been trackign other drivers speeds, that day he just happens to see the yellow car accelerate a little faster. Also what's the chance of these guys show up since i have managed to reschedule for 2nd time, and it's gonna be almost 7 months since the citation. I am trying to gather as much info for myself from my friend & you folks here.
