Goodbye Boxster, hello 911 (997.2) . Loving it already! (There should be a pic if I've done it right)

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Nice congrats
Great looking car. Congrats! How do you find the driving experience compared to the Boxster?
Nice car and congratulations! What options besides colored center caps?
Very nice !
Hi Madmac! Very different driving experience. First off, the 911 seems so much easier to drive. The Boxster really needed to be driven hard to make any sense but when it was driven hard it really rewarded and was very predictable sliding with the PSM off. The 911 feels so much more civilised in day-to-day driving but when you up the pace it feels like everything is pivoting around the rear end and it just sticks to the road. However, I haven't had the PSM off on the 911 yet as I'm going to get to know the car a bit better first.
Hi Ispain Very limited extras. PDK with paddles, although I tried the button steering wheel and actually found it really easy to use. Heated seats and that's about it. I tried 19 inch wheels but found the car felt better on the 18s. More lively somehow - difficult to describe. Leather interior and satnav are standard UK spec.
When you get the itch for more sound, let me know and I will help you out
Nice car, nice dog... ...speaking as a fellow SFT owner.
Jeez...that's a beautiful car! And the 18s look just perfect on it, too...don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I'm having trouble with the whole "wagon wheel" fad. I just don't get it...
The SFT was in part the reason for getting the 911. I was looking at getting a 981 Cayman but my wife was fed up getting covered in dog hair with the dog sat on her lap! So 997 it was - and really enjoying it.
