I recently found under Files: Technical Bulletins: cdc-4 cd changer install the following information regarding the installation of the 6 disk cd changer. Under Parts List (Page 2 of 8) parts "A" "B" "C" "D" "E" "F" "G" "H" are listed can anyone tell me what "C" is as I see no explanation for it. I am sure I am overlooking it but for the life of me I can not figure it out. IPB = Illustrated Parts Breakdown

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Nick, Thank you !
I'm interested in doing the same for my car that didn't come with a changer. I'm pretty handy have a reasonable set of tools. Let us all know how hard/easy it was for you.
I am waiting on parts as of now. But I will post anything I learn. I think most of this forum is bored with this install as it must have been covered to death. I can not find definitive install information anywhere, just bits and pieces, (I know this is not a huge undertaking but I want it to go smoothly) that said someone will post 6 or 8 treads with detailed information on just how to install said 6 disk changer. Actually I think the lack of interest in this install is the result of the Dension Ipod option, I understand why that is but I still want a 6 disk changer.
Maybe, Could you give me a rough cost for the parts for the changer. Now that I have my car I wish I had gotten that option. Thanks.
