Hi, I know a couple of good independents (e.g. Motortune Shotts) around the central belt of Scotland and used them but I will be re-locating to Aberdeen for work. I'm not due for a service but I would like to get my transmission oil changed as there is a slight whine present under acceleration. I feel this would be a good place to start. I contacted OPC in Aberdeen for a price and I can't justify £80 to drain 2.6ltr of oil and re-fill. Therefore, I'm looking for advice whether anybody knows of a half descent indy up in Aberdeen or would a local garage be capable of this task if I supplied the correct replacement oil.
