The horn on my 99C4 has always been feeble, and I've just got round to trying to sort it out. On inspection, it looks to me like there are 2 horns behind the front bumper, and one of those is faulty. Anyone know how to remove the front bumper cover ? Thanks in advance. DRC

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Correct. They are behind the front bumper cover. How to remove the bumper cover is in my 3rd Radiator Install DIY.
