Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I done this myself a few months back. Do not attempt if your not confident with the idea of stripping your seats down. You basically have to take the leather covers off the seat backs first to get to the four screws that hold the plastic backing to the seat frame. Not a easy job but can be done.
seat backs Thanks for the reply, looking at how great your car looks with them done i will be doing mine, did it take long to get them off? Cheers Moe
It took me about half hour each side once i discovered how the the seats came a part. If your good with tools be brave and go for it! (I did  ) After all its only clips and screws, just take your time and do one seat at a time. Good Luck!
