As I keep restoring/refreshing my 2003 Boxster, I realised that most of the underbody panels are gone. So the question is : worth replacing ? Got plenty of other things needing preventive maintenance so is that a nice to have or should I prioritise replacements ?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Personally I wouldn't be too worried, but might be worth keeping an eye out at the wreckers, and places like Dparts.com.au - perhaps ask Dan to keep an eye out for some for you...
They're worth replacing. The underbody panels help with aerodynamics, protect the underside, and keep dirt and water away from important components. I wouldn't put them ahead of essential maintenance, but I wouldn't leave them off permanently either.
