Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I am trying to help a fellow forum member locate a new car, and found the following 3 cars during the process. These have not been titled. I though one of you might have interest in these: 2004 Boxster, 5 speed, Guards Red, about 2,000 miles- high-high $30K's 2004 Boxster, Artic Silver, Tip., about 10,000 miles, was a service loaner car- low-low $40K's 2004 Boxster, Seal Grey, Tip., about 10,000 miles, was a service loaner car- low-low $40K's All have black Leather. The Porsche dealer is in Louiseville, KY. Contact is Mark Kennedy- [phone removed]. Hope this helps someone!

POST 2Original post

Those service loaners are certainly ones to stay away from, no? I'd thrash a boxster loaned to me, especially if I was used to far more power in my 911!

POST 3Original post

not such a great deal compared to a 2005 987. Much more power and deep discounts are still available on the 987's. I think the prices on those 2.7's is going to drop a bit more, but then again not everyone that buys is informed about values.

POST 4Original post

Ref: "I'd thrash a boxster loaned to me ..." Which is probably why they are Tip cars in the first place. You can't over-rev one, and no clutch to screw up doing burn-outs or power shifts.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
