Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Me again! I have to go abroad for 6 weeks in July/August and need to lay the car up, can anyone give me any pointers? The criteria are as follwos: Will be kept outside (the garage is now an office) :nooo: It has PCCB's There is no electric where the car will be Its secure, behind locked gates and the car itself will act as barrier to openig them I am thinking of buying a genuine outdoor tailored cover, are they any good? Are there any better companies who make a better one than the Porsche one? Its my baby and want her to be ok!!!! Thanks fellas

I bought a "Stormforce" cover from Parr recently and am very pleased with it. It's a breathable 4-layer cover, has soft outer layers to prevent scratching your pride & joy and it's finished in a plain grey, without any logos that might attract unwelcome attention. It comes in a dinky carrying case and includes straps, with silicon sheaths for the fasteners when you're using it out of doors. You can read about it here: http://www.parr-uk.co.uk/road/porsche-car-covers/porsche-car-covers-monsoon.html , but note that prices exclude VAT. HTH, Roy

I'll be more than happy to look after it for you - can occupy the vacancy left by my Golf in my garage! ~ Maxie
