Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

My view on this sort of thing is this. If you are oblivious and refuse to educate yourself about the task going to be undertaken, or a product you are going to buy then I believe you are lining yourself up for a disappointment. I believe you should do all that you can to research the company, understand the process being undertaken or establish the pro's and con's of any given product before parting with your cash, this way you make an informed decision and are "less" likely to be disappointed when the time comes. Being too relaxed and trusting is unfortunately, not always the best way to get what you expected. However, sometimes even if you do carry out your research it can also go wrong, but at least you've educated yourself enough to argue/discuss your grievance.
