Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Tried to take delivery of new 09 Cayman S today and found that air conditioner was blowing warm air. Delayed taking delivery and was called by salesmen this evening and advised that sytem was not charged by factory. Porsche tech charged system and checked for leaks including potential leaking into compressor and said all is well..good to go. Is this unusual? Should I ask any additional questions? Thanks in advance for feedback.
