Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Been seeing a lot of these license plate frames. Could you please let me know what this org. is?
the org is for california highway patrolmen the fee is $1800 for a placard and membership signup. some patrolmen will be nice to you if you are caught speeding and you have this license frame because you are supporting their organization. i've heard of a few people who got away going 100+ because when the cop saw the plate frame they said i'll give you a second chance.

The membership really helps when you get pulled over, sometimes the officer will not even bother pulling you over when he sees the plate.
dustman and zeezee, I noticed you are from LA the kma and kjc license plates are for LAPD if you also saw those on high end cars and were wondering what they were for.
KMA/KJC plate frames signify the LAPD radio dispatch callsign (KMA367 and KJC625.) My friend has one. His cousin <married to an officer> gave it to him when gangbangers <in the early 90's> were supposedly targeting KMA plated cars -- she didn't want to be a target. His KMA frame has worked to his advantage a few times when he was pulled-over. http://www.losangelesalmanac.com/topics/Transport/tr34k.htm Buy one from Ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3606718625&category=395

I believe i've seen some similar but different codes here in SF and always wondered what they were. I thought it was some sort of fraternity or sorrority but never knew. However, SF cops hardly ever pull people over for traffic violations as its hard enough to pull one in the city.
