Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

24 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Hi Dave My brother is visiting, so may be free but depends. Let me know what the plans are anyway. Cheers Dom

POST 2Original post

Any RS owners, don't worry, we'll wait for you

POST 3Original post

Not two Domsters. Must warn the badger population of increased risk!

POST 4Original post

PCGB R19 meet is this Sunday, at a pub called the Bird In Hand, between Reading and Maidenhead on the A4. I shall be there.... do you guys fancy coming along? I know some great roads round there too. VS

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

VS, Sounds good to me. What time are you meeting up?

POST 6Original post

Bird in Hand is good for me too. My brother is coming down Saturday, so he may turn up in his Seven. Starts at midday I think?

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I had a quick look at the site and it would appear to start around midday. Do we need an invite as non-members?

POST 8Original post

Nah. I have been once before and they were really relaxed. I was in Iguana's old Golf as well. No-one even noticed. Must say that the PCGB crowd aren't the hellraisers that PHers tend to be (I confused it with a Rotary Club get together, last time I went), but Melv will be popping along and he's a good 'un

POST 9Original post

Dom. I am utterly, totally flattered at the thought that anyone might consider me a "Hellraiser". Oh how I wish it were true. Nice cup of tea anyone?

POST 10Original post

Dom, I'm going along to the Essex meet in my SLR just to see whether it resembles a Rotary Club function - it is being held in a Golf Club....

POST 11Original post

White with one, please. And don't spill it on the way to SW1 Don, we know you have got a WKD side, no point trying to hide it. Guard's red is hardly for shy and retiring types

POST 12Original post

I think I may well travel the 4 miles to the PCGB meet. I have a G50 so i must qualify!

POST 13Original post

Sorry Dom, but Melv won't be there! PCGB AGM on Sunday and Reg Sec Seminar on Saturday....yawn...However, perk is an overnight stay and dinner and partners invited -but I've decided to take my girlfriend instead.... ;-) Melv

POST 14Original post

Hmm Melv, what with all the recent political aggro in the club (and it's always been like that - well ever since Roy Gilham left anyway) should you be publicising the perks of your unpaid club role?...after all PCGB members such as me subsidise these through our subscrptions don't we....don't worry I'm not overly concerned - my head isn't that far up my ar e but I know plenty of people that would be

POST 15Original post

You bugger, Melv. I want a refund from PCGB!!!! LOL, nah, you have a good one on my subs money

POST 16Original post

OK Rubystone, you begrudge the time and effort I put in then. S'fine, I'll look elsewhere for my support!! Melv PS I will Dom, I will...........

POST 17Original post

Melv - I've been there, written the book, printed the T shirts (literally)...all way before the club was as "professional" as it is now and when support from above was in the hands of just one man not a full-time staff, operating out of an old cow shed in Northleach...OK? Anyway more power to your elbow - I'd love to see the RS register a little more active than it was when Age was running it (and yes I know his work commitments were too heavy for him to continue)

POST 18Original post

UV you old cocker - ain't heard from you in so long I thought you'd taken tips out of Domster's badger baiting book of car control and stuffed yourself!!

POST 19Original post

....tis' what happens when you have to work for a living... Worst mistake of my life... Still keep one eye on proceedings though, and shall be out this Sunday. Is your misses suffering withdrawal (oh er) symptoms

POST 20Original post

She has mentioned you in passing..... (usually 'wind' mind you)

POST 21 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Scottster, so are you going to join us on Sunday?

POST 22Original post

Will depend where and when and if I'm back from curtain shopping by then......

POST 23Original post

Rubystone -how would you like to help make the RS Register 'more active'? Ideas please. Melv

POST 24 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Myself and UV are meeting up this Sunday for a quick spin and a spot of lunch at a location be decided. Is anyone else interested in meeting up?
