mikey I have MOTs for my 993 C2s that describe its colour as grey , black and silver - so take your pick ... it can be a stunning colour in the sun. The silver engine grills, door handles and mirrors are pretty good too.

I am looking for a picture/example of a Porsche colour named Vesuvius Metallic. As far as i'm aware it was only available on the 97-98 Carrera S. Secondly - if one wanted to get hold of some, how would one go about it? Is it sitting in tins in a warehouse somewhere, or will it have to come from germany or what? i really don't have a clue!
