Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello, i would like to know which tires Porsche installs on boxster since 1999 to 2005. Regards.

POST 2Original post

Several that I know of. Pirellis Michelin Pilot Sports Continental Contact2

POST 4Original post

go to tirerack.com enter your year and model and they will give you the exact models that are available. They are the biggest seller and have good prices. Edgeracing.net has tires for Autocross and Track.

POST 5Original post

The models are provided for the Michelin and Continental tires. I can' t recall what model Pirellis are on some Boxes. There are factory installed. There are tons of other makes for the car. These are pretty good tires however and they are all pretty pricey!

POST 6Original post

you are thinking of the P-Zero's...good tires..I personally like the Pilot Sport 2's more...

POST 7Original post

I've been a fan of Kumho's but doggonit, they're slipperly when it's 50 degrees or cooler outside. Yikes! Even with traction control turned on, I'm slipping all over the place.

POST 8Original post

"you are thinking of the P-Zero's...good tires." Yes, good tires but not very long lasting in my experience.

POST 9Original post

Michelin Pilot Sports N1 or N3 "N" is the designation for "Porsche Factory Equiptment"

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
