Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

15 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just purchased my first Porsche a 2002 996 TURBO. It is finished in Audi Nogarro Blue with two tone black and blue leather. Customers request and a £8000 factory option.

POST 2Original post

So how much of that premium was retained when it was sold to you? Could have been worse, could have been Barbie Pink. That would have to have a discount.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Paid the going rate, i was after a black at first, but when i saw this one it did look good, so went for it.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Pick it up Tuesday, so pics will be posted.

POST 6Original post

Looks like Porsche Maritime Blue. Probably spent the difference down the bierkeller.

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Trying to load the pics sent by dealer....

POST 8Original post

We need to see the pics!! Please!! GT4 - that Audi looks more like Sprint Blue (Nogarro is the darker one, more like Porsche Midnight I thought) but I won't question you because you're rarely wrong about anything... :worship:

POST 9Original post

This is how it might look on an English Summer's day: Edited because the third-party server is slooooooooooooooooooooow

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

It keeps putting up an error when i load pics that dealer sent. It is Nagorro Blue pearl, and not sprint blue. Look at 2002 model year Audi "s" and "RS" models that is the colour. The interior is black leather with blue in the centres matching the exterior. At first i was unsure, but it grew on me and looks different. I thought it had been resprayed and was about to walk when it checked out that it was a factory option. And porsche's system says it's a customer spec colour. They emailed Germany and come back with option colour Nagarro Blue. I did not know Porsche even did this.

POST 12Original post

Yeah sorry, think I'm thinking of Mugello blue, which is the dark one (spent a while looking at B7 RS4s before I got the 911, Mugello was an option on those). Looking forward to the pics, sort it out...

POST 13Original post

PTS = Paint To Sample Any colour* you like as long as you cheque book can cope. It is still £7-£8k now. NB: except Gulf Blue. Porsche agreed copyright ownership to Gulf. Any other car manufacturer you may be able to get Gulf Blue paint, but Porsche are contractually bound not to sell it.

POST 14Original post

As pointed out by another poster (on another post), it is actually probably easier to get it vinyl wrapped whatever shade/design you like then just return to Silver/Black etc at point of sale to retain residuals.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
