Seeking audio control transfer stickers - CDR-24 Next week I plan to remove and paint my 987 center console and audio front panel to match the outer body shell of my car. Would like to restore the "Push On", "vol", "Push Scan" and "Next" CDR-24 audio control labels between the paint and clear coat layers as I did when I painted my brake calipers. Unfortunately I have searched the internet but so far haven't found a source for the label decals (transfer stickers) or anything close. None of the painted audio panels I've seen on this site show the labels restored after painting. Any thoughts on where I might find or how I might fabricate these labels without overly complicating the process?

Re: Seeking audio control transfer stickers - CDR-24 I found a custom graphics business in Mendon, NY, called "Radio Daze Restorations" that stated they can make them for me as water decals. I sent them pictures of the existing controls and they even requested the diameter of the knobs to ensure the get the sweeping arch of the lower Volume and next control correct so I am hopeful it will turn out well. They will produce 3 of each control label in white and it will take 3 - 4 weeks for them to make and the cost will be $27. Not bad. I have place the order. Would like to apply them between the base coat paint and the clear coat paint. Will let you know how it turns out.
Re: Seeking audio control transfer stickers - CDR-24 Radio Daze custom made the water decals (actually 3 sets to cover application mistakes) for $27. See attached decal sheet.
Re: Seeking audio control transfer stickers - CDR-24 Those look great so far. Please post pics when you finish installing them. Looking forward to seeing your radio painted.
