Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 2Original post

That's not a canoe on top of a 996. It's an experimental goverment flotational device for use in emergency flood plain roll over accidents!

POST 3Original post

Well, the Ford Explorer ought to have it. Judging from its propensity for roll overs. Last car I'd expect to see such a device on is a 996. Now who says Porsches aren't practical?

POST 4Original post

Wow. The 996 cabs must have pretty stong tops! I am impressed!

POST 5Original post

OT: A friend of mine wondered what type of car it is that is parked in front of the lovely 996. Anyone who knows? I fyou know and don't care to answer it's OK, I don't care to much about it..
