ie Just got back from the two day PDE all I can say is WOW!!!! The classroom sessions, the drills, and track time, are all put together in a way that makes the learning curve puzzle pieces fit together seamlessly. You find out what a fine car a 996 really is and the capabilities that it is capapable of as well as practicle knowledge that you can carry with you in your day to day driving..Look where you wnt to go. The most phenominal aspect of the 996 is its brakes..it's ability to decelorate rapidly... If you have never done a PDE or track find a isolated strech of road with no traffic Accelerate from 0 to whatever and then stand on the brakes ( ie. panic stop ), you will be amazed!!! Full laps on the Sebring track on the afternoon of the second day brought together all of the drills of the past day and a half, you begin to relax as you learn to trust the car thru the twist and turns and rumble strips of the 3.7 mile circut of Sbring. Approach turn 10, a 90 degree right hander at 90+, brake and downshift, release, turn at 51 mph and slowly accellerate as the car jossles around to the left on dissimaler pavement. At the end of day 2 a HOT LAP with the instructor...controled mayham I'am going to do the PED again at Road Atlanta, in the air conditiond comfort of the 911.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. You had the AC on?!! I thought the windows would have to be open. Sounds like you had a lot of fun. Please do tell the differences between your experiences at Sebring vs Atlanta when you're done.
i did pde at road atlanta may 2001 and all i can say is that it was a great time and recommend it to anyone one who is willing to travel and spend the money for a two day event
Just got an invite to Sebring- 4 days in Feb.,now U guys have got me juiced for a mid- winter session. We were thinking Road Atlanta but this invite takes up to six cars down from CT in his special trailer. Of course my long time- wants in on this one (warm, & she drives too!) - as we'll fly down & make a winter vacation. Does it get any better?
