Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Can anybody give me any hints on removing the A pillar interior trim? I'd like to have any idea before attempting to remove them. Thanks for any help

POST 2Original post

Despraci, Sorry but I'll have to go on memory for this. It's been a while since I've removed mine (tried the carbon wrap thing). My car is on it's way to Germany so I can't reference it. Removing the pieces are pretty easy and I sincerely hope I've remembered the exact steps. First you'll need to remove the sunvisors. There will be two screws on the out side of the car and an additional one near the centerline of the car. Once those are off pry the upper section out slightly toward the interior. After that you'll pull the piece upwards and you're gold. I hope this helps.

Thanks Snokng, So the sunvisor is the only thing I need to worry about removing?

POST 4Original post

No problem, glad I can help. Yep, the visors are the only things you need to take off. Can you do me a favor? Can you take pics of the process and post them on them in the articles section? It's someone I failed at and would have helped you. Hopefully we can help the next guy. Thanks!
