I was on the Design 911 website looking at the brake/disc kits, it's only a small point but they say the delivery charge is £9.99. In fact it's £11.74 because they total up the order add on the £9.99 delivery charge + add on the VAT? I rang them up to mention it and a guy there said he hadn't noticed it before? but would take that amount of if I ordered anything. I know I'm being petty but felt I had to mention it.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Really annoying when you click to buy something online only to notice it's more expensive when you get to the checkout. c:
As a retailer I can see the need to pass on the delivery charges, if you don't it eats up margins that are already cut to the quick to remain competitive in this deal savvy world of internet purchasing. But as a bricks & mortar retailer I do find it extremely annoying and misleading to find vat added on at the end of the sale. There are regulations that vat MUST be included in the advertised price but for some reason car accessories have always dealt with the issue in their own way. Very annoying. Also one other gripe against design911; who I buy from whenever I require servicing parts as their service has been very reliable, why don't they have a box for us 911uk.com members to tick to receive our discount!! I don't have time during work hours to talk to them on the phone to buy parts and maybe have the chance of ordering the wrong things, I like doing it in my own time at night but would greatly appreciate the small discount in recognition of being a member of this forum!!
I`d too would be annoyed if i had to call to order parts all the time. BUT Design911 does hhave a box to enter 911uk discount codes and then it deducts from the total. It right at the end before you confirm order.
I just KNEW that would be the case there's me throwing money again then without taking the time to check!! Take it all back, at least I said their service was good!! Now, do something about pricing up including VAT you rascals!
