Posted this on another forum, but thought I'd give you lot a chance as well;-) My phone will ring, but when I press the answer button on the radio, nothing happens. It used to work just fine, but last week or so its useless. I've re-paired it several times and that goes as normal. When I get the call, I still have to pick up the handset and swipe the screen to talk. Blue tooth works from phone to my small portable speaker. I have 2011 Cayman PDK with no nav, just the basic radio. Tx Machog
