Just released by Dension. If you have the Dension Gateway 500 iPod integration kit from us, you may want to update your firmware. Just visit our site ( BumperPlugs ) and click the Links tab at the top, download the firmware from there. This is the newest version 2.16 that will soon allow video display to the front PCM screen (with special new adapter, coming soon). If you do NOT have PCM, it's still a valid update for your ipod integration (and bluetooth if you added it). And a reminder, our Feb sale is still in progress on the Dension kits, saving even more than our current sale prices. Email me for details: [email removed] .

Eric, FYI I confirmd that the Dension unit still is causing my ipod to go dead over a couple of days. I have updated the ipod firmware and until today had the most recent Dension firmware. If I charge up the ipod and leave it on my desk it lasts for a long time before needing to be recharged, however, if I leave it connected in teh car it is dead within 2 days from a full charge. The ipod screen is not "on" or lit up, but something is drawing current out of the ipod for some reason. I wonder if having a first gen box could be the issue?
