Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Does anyone know if the kenwood exelon dnx-8120 will work with the 2005 boxster if it is installed? If I purchase it will be from the below link. Kenwood Excelon DNX8120 Navigation receiver at Crutchfield.com :helpme:

POST 2Original post

It will but you may need more components if you have a Bose system or not. Search the forum for more information. I am personally waiting for the Kenwood 9140 in May.

POST 3Original post

I don't have a bose system. What will the 9140 have, that is different or better than the 8120?

POST 4Original post

Don't remember all the new features off the top of my head, but the 9140 will have voice recognition, HDTV tuner support and a few other added features. I am actually waiting on that or the 7140 myself.

POST 5Original post

The one thing the 9140 has is the extended voice control for navigation and general use. I like getting into a car, start driving right away and just speak the address to the navi. Similar to the Pioneer F series but hopefully more stable.

POST 6Original post

i have the 8120 in my 2008 Cayman and it works great!

POST 7Original post
