Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have never had a problem with this car however its been left parked for a year and when i started it about 2 weeks ago it wasnt blowing hot air, however i topped up the water and let it idle for 10, 15 mins then when the water started to seep out i put the cap back on. the car was ok now it was giving warm air and i didnt have any problems. yesterday i was driving up the motorway wasnt booting it just 70,80 mph cruising calm drive in 6th gear all of a sudden "Beep" warning engine too warm so i pulled in the services the car was 120 degrees i panicked and then filled up the water drove it down the motorway the car temp rises again so again i let it calm down n managed to get the car home. In the morning i filled up the water and fired up the car let it get up to temp and switched it off; repeated the process again whilst the cap has stayed off twice and 3rd time done it again but now i took the car for a drive keeping the revs bellow 3000. tempreture is behaving propperly now its not goin too hot but there is still no warm air!!! im confused and dont seem to figure out what the problem is!!! please give me some advice thanx
