Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

These stories pop up all the time. There's a load of the same said about 996 GT2's as well. Seems you really need to improve your driving skills to avoid embarrasment in these mega RWD 911's. I guess you either want to become a better driver and relish the RWD challenge, or you don't want the hassle and get 4x4 instead.

POST 2Original post

Nought wrong with an RS in the wet -just balance that right boot!! Did they have any tread on their tyres???? Melv

POST 3Original post

Well I took my 993 RS there but when I saw the state of the track I decided to go home, mine has Dunlop 'R' tyres which are fine in small amounts of water, but not with standing water, looks like I made the right decision, hope not too much damage was done

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
