I've got stock 17" wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport on my 01 C2 Cab and would like to move to 18" wheels/tires. I don't track the car, but it's a daily driver. I'm in Florida so rain/wet roads are the only thing that concerns me. The S-03 seem rate well arcoss the board. Anyone use this setup? Comments? I've been looking at this setup: SSR GT3 Front 18x8.5 Rear 18x10 Bridgestone Potenza S-03 Pole Position Front 225/40-18 Rear 265/35-18 SSR" target="_blank">http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/DisplayWheel.jsp?wheelMake=SSR&wheelModel=GT3&wheelFinish=Silver+w%2FMac hined+Lip]SSR</a> GT3 Wheels

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Close... I'm using: Porsche Sport Designs - 8" front, 10" rear S03's - 225/40x18 front, 285/30x18 rear If you increase your front wheel to an 8" or 9" (wide) then the added tire width on the rear will not cause extra understeer. This setup works great rain or shine.
Bridgestone Potenza S-03 Pole Position Front 225/40-18 Rear 265/35-18 I use that same setup on Sport Desigs, and if your worried about wet/rain then the S-03 PP are the way to go, they are incredible on wet (on dry, they are all fairly close). I can hit the highway on a rainy day with total confidence at high speeds. And also still perform just as well towards the end of their life, unlike other tires that have died out on me towards the end.
