Hello y'all, or to be more precise, goodbye! Just a couple of weeks back I parted company with my beloved 996. I actually sold it to my indy as his personal car as he had been after it for a while (which is quite a compliment I thought) and made me an offer too good to refuse, especially as it meant that I am now a proud owner of a Ferrari 360. Couldn't pass up the opportunity to realise a life ambition! Will miss the 996 a lot but glad it is to move onto better things. Anyway, before I sold the car I had ordered some cat bypass pipes from Design 911 before then spotting the gorgeous looking Fabspeed X-pipe cat bypass, both of which arrived after the car had been handed over to new owner and he is not interested in taking them as he is worried about his neighbours in his quiet estate. Therefore these items are now up on ebay, along with a set of muffler bypass pipes, just to give you guys the jump especially on the Fabspeed x-pipe, it just looks beautiful and shame it's hidden away underneath the car. I have really enjoyed the banter on this forum not to mention the invaluable advice and despite no longer having a 911, i still log on once a day to read the interesting and usually amusing posts. So it is more of an 'au revoir' than a 'goodbye'. :thumbs: :bye:
