I own a 02 996 C2. Yesterday afternoon, I put on new 18 inch wheels RS-903 specifically for the 996 purchased from Wheel Dynamics. Also had it aligned, which took a long time because I think the guy may have been new. It was at NTB. I prob put 30 miles on the new wheels yesterday. All was fine until this morning after about 6 miles into my commute I noticed the steering wheel was not centered but at the 2 o'clock position. Tracked OK but then the ABS light came on. I'm set up to have the alignment redone by more experienced technician. Any ideas?

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Two oclock? I would definitely try a better shop. Will help if the shop also has a Porsche scanner to read out the ABS codes. Any change in the tire size?
loose(ning) tie-rod end?? Something changed. If me I would jack it up and pluck the front tires off to check for ??? loose before driving it anywhere.
