Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

the right front seat belt is getting tired and needs to be fed slowly back in its place when not in use. Does anyone have a working used one in black? I would rather not pay $376 for a new one.

POST 2Original post

my drivers side was doing the same. there are multiple posts on this forum addressing this topic. try a search as there are different approaches to improve functionality before replacement route. in my case I found the belt was twisted 180 degrees in the retraction channel on the inside of the pillar. pulled the belt out as far as i could, threaded through belt guide on pillar to fix the twist, and it retracted without any problem. good luck.
