Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Slightly geeky post but here goes... I keep a tab open on manual GT3s for sale from OPCs and only just noticed this. According to the listings (link below) the two 2018 cars currently listed - both 991.2s, a Touring and a GT3 - have different average fuel economy and emissions. They're listed as 21.1mpg/302g/km for the Touring, and 21.9mpg/290g/km for the GT3. So it would seem the wing has improved economy and emissions, but I would have expected the wing to create slightly more drag and thus the Touring would post slightly better figures, not the other way round..? https://finder.porsche.com/gb/en-GB/search?model=9...

I wonder if the winged GT3 has figures quoted for PDK whereas touring was only available with manual so those figures given.
