Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

Hi folks, This is probably another dumb question, but I'm stuck. I have a 2.9 with the iPod/USB/MP3 player interface on board. I've loaded a 16gb USB drive with some albums, probably around 30/40 or so with anywhere between 12-20 tracks per album so I thought I was well within the limits. The trouble is that I can only get 10 albums displayed to select from on the display and strangely enough it doesn't seem to read these from the USB in any logical order, for instance alphabetically. I've read the manual that came with the car and it just says 10,000 tracks and folder hierarchy, nothing about a limit on the number of folders. Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong ? Or is this just the way it works ? It's a UK car if that makes any difference. cheers Brian
