For those who want a taste of tracking their porsches, the Thunderhill HI Performance Racing class is by far one of the easiest ways to ease into the track. I had a blast driving my '99 996 and learn the basic techniques of racing. The nice part as compared to Sears Point or Laguna Seca is its much more forgiving (no major obstacles) and to see others in the pit area with their cars and just talk about cars and tracking-great macho bonding : ). I'm not affiliated in anyway with Thunderhill just wanted to tell you it was all fun. It be great to see fellow Rennlisters on the coarse. Just check out there website <a href="http://www.Thunderhill.com" target="_blank">www.Thunderhill.com</a> for the schedule which the next one day coarse is May 5th and its only $195. You be able to go thru 4 runs from 7 am to 4 pm. It's a true blast. Hope to see you there : ).
