What's wrong with the standard 996 mirrors? I've always thought they look pretty good. 997 gen2 on the other hand...

Blimey and it's just the exteriors and you need to get them painted too!
Somebodies Having a laugh........ They wouldn't cost that to have them made in carbon...... Which if I could get done for about half the price...
So say £600 all in just for the painted housings less fitting!!! Suddenly my standard 996 mirrors look really attractive. In fact I think I prefer them. As if anyone is going to notice/ care you have 997 mirror casings when the rest of your car is obviously 996! What would I pay? Well if I was mad enough in the first place to even consider such a periferal "upgrade" I suppose about £100 the pair tops.
What would work is if someone developed or if the 997.1 mirrors fitted the 997.2 cars as they are just plain ridiculous. :frustrated:
